This October 2020 we present an all-digital version of Black Gold Arts Festival. Featuring workshops, discussions, talks and performances.
This year’s BGAF focuses on Decolonising Theatre. We have new film commissions, a female-DJ-MC extravaganza, and a Black queer Manchester Garden Party. Join in with ‘how-to’ workshops on creating performance art, and telling a narrative across digital platforms. We’ll even get you vogueing in your living room!
WHAT’S ON?
Talks
The festival kicks off with a launch talk from performer Travis Alabanza, star of their award-winning solo show Burgerz [Total Theatre Award], cited by OUT as a singularly influential queer figure.
